Fred Dings is the author of two books of poetry, Eulogy for a Private Man (TriQuarterly Books, 1999) and After the Solstice (Orchises Press, 1993). His poems have appeared in numerous periodicals, including The New Republic, The New Yorker, The Paris Review, Poetry, and TriQuarterly. He is currently writing a third book while teaching in the M.F.A. program at the University of South Carolina, and he is a guest artist for the South Carolina Young Writers Festival.
