Brooke Rollins received her M.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2002 and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in composition and rhetoric. She has presented her research on writing pedagogy at the Conference on College Composition and Communication and the Rhetoric Society of America, and in 2003, she won the W.T.C. Bates Award for Outstanding Graduate Student Writing. At the University of South Carolina, Brooke teaches composition, literature, advanced composition, and business and technical writing. She conducts creative writing workshops at elementary schools in the greater Columbia area and is a guest artist for the Tri-District Arts Consortium.
